【圖書館公告】館館有AI～ChatHK即日起上線啦！【Library Announcement】ChatHK Public AI Service Is Now Available

圖書館提供 Gemini 教育版與 Microsoft Copilot 公用帳號，免費開放本校教職員工生預約使用。

🔗 預約方式
請至「圖書館空間預約系統」或使用 MB3 APP，選擇「ChatHK」席次。

📋 使用規則

1. 每次預約30分鐘至1小時，14天前開放預約。
2. 請於預約開始後10分鐘內至服務台報到。
3. 如需續借，請於到期前10分鐘至服務台辦理。
4. 設備有限，公平體驗，ChatHK限續借1次，含續借總使用時間上限為2小時。
5. 本專區使用公用AI帳號，離開前請備份所需成果，並刪除上傳資料及對話紀錄。圖書館每日將清除當日對話紀錄。
6. 使用AI產出內容時，請落實資訊查證、遵守學術誠信，並避免上傳個資、私密資訊或未公開研究成果。

The Library now provides free access to Gemini for Education and Microsoft Copilot for all Hungkuang University faculty, staff, and students.

Reserve a “ChatHK” station through the Library Space Reservation System or the MB3 app.

📋 Rules of Use

1. Each reservation must be between 30 minutes and 1 hour. Reservations open 14 days in advance.
2. Please check in at the Library Service Desk within 10 minutes after your reservation begins.
3. You may renew your session once by contacting the Service Desk 10 minutes before it ends. The total usage time, including renewal, is limited to 2 hours.
4. Shared AI accounts are used at all ChatHK stations. Before leaving, please save your work and delete all uploaded files and chat history. The Library will clear all conversations at the end of each day.
5. Please verify AI-generated information, follow academic integrity guidelines, and do not upload personal, confidential, or unpublished research data.
