Application Qualification
Currently enrolled students and full-time faculty/staff can apply for borrowing cards. Borrowers should check out materials in person.

Application Procedures 

  1. Please contact us and fill the application form in duplicate. After finishing the application form, please apply the interlibrary loan ID card at the Circulation Desk on the first floor of the library.
  2. Please take along your faculty/staff ID card or student ID card and verified application form to the library you applied, finishing the registering procedures.

 

Rules and Regulations

  1. The interlibrary loan ID card is valid within one academic year, from August 1 to July 31 the next year. There is an exception, graduating class students’ interlibrary loan ID cards will expire on April 30. To renew expired interlibrary loan ID card, users have to register again. Registering procedure start from August 1 every year.
  2. Users with the interlibrary loan ID card can borrow the libraries’ circulating materials. There is no reserving or renewing service.
  3. The loan quantity is 5 books, and the loan period is 14 days.
  4. Overdue fines are counted according to each library’s rules and regulations. Users should abide by each library’s rules and regulations.
  5. Library staff can request for books in urgent situations.
