1. Full-time faculty or staff of Hungkuang University.
2. Student of Hungkuang University.

Application Details

1. There are five Kuang Tien GeneralHospital interlibrary loan ID cards provided by Kuang Tien General Hospital Library.
2. Please take along your faculty/staff ID card or student ID card, and apply for the Kuang Tien General Hospital interlibrary loan ID card at the Circulation Desk on the first floor of the library.

Rules and regulations

1. Users with Kuang Tien General Hospital interlibrary loan ID card can borrow materials from Kuang Tien General Hospital Library.
2. The loan quantity is 10 books, and the loan period is 15 days.
3. There is no reserving or renewing service.
4. The overdue fines are counted 5 NT dollarsa day per book.
5. It’s not allowed to lend the Kuang Tien GeneralHospital interlibrary loan ID card to others.
6. Users should protect loaned books. Any damage to loaned books will be processed according to Kuang Tien General Hospital Library’s rules and regulations.
7. Users should report the loss of Kuang Tien General Hospital interlibrary loan ID card immediately if the card is lost. The original card user has to compensate any loss happened before the loss reporting.
